Patrick has over 25 years of experience in Property Development, Land Acquisition, Architectural Design, Master Planning, and Project management across multi-disciplinary projects.

His professional journey working in design firms and property developers has equipped him with a great understanding not only of the design and development processes, but also of the financial and business aspects in each project. This allows him to fully understand the importance of each compnents on managing the entire development process from initial land acquisition analysis, development concept to completion to achieve client's required milestones and expectation.
